Great Railing

I am a small contractor. I have bought from them for a few years now. I have told all my customers how good their products are. BUT, Their customer service especially the woman who works in the office,mgr? is miserable!!! That not being bad enough, i just made a 400. purchase yesterday. Customer cancelled the job so 3 hours later i went back and they would not give me my cash back. Said because of covid? Called the police but their hands were tied. So Im out 400 dollars in a time when business is hurting. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN,AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYBODY I MEET ABOUT THIS FOR EVER!!!. They could have put a sign up or told you BEFORE they took your money but they know that would hurt sales, so better to take advantage of people instead. NICE! good product but TERRIBLE customer service. remember Great Railings, GOD is always watching!

April of 2020 I purchased 8,770.58 worth of the decking supplies that was during the Covid 19 time order 97084. I asked if there was any problem with returning what I have left over and the owner said no problem at all just save the receipt. He did not say anything about restocking fee and most of the boards are stored outside. I spent a half of day there trying to get loaded and had to load most of the boards myself because one of there workers ran into my trailer with the bobcat and bent it and refused to load anymore boards so I loaded them . In May I called and asked if I could return and the owner said no because they do not have a place to store the boards for 30 days because of Covid. Called in July and he has said the same thing. I called in Aug and he said the same thing and also said he was going to charge me a 15% restock fee and I stated I loaded my most of the boards. He said he could do 10% but not until they are allowed by state to accept boards back. Well this is Aug and lumber yards and most stores are allowing returns. My friend Just took lumber back to Smicks in quinton, Bostwicks in elmer and they were thankful for the return and resold the board that day for 20.00 more because the price of wood. They just don't want to return my money. How long must I put up with them saying they cant take back returns when other stores of the same type are taking returns BUYERS BEWARE

COMPETITION VINYL DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR SIDING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. ALSO, OUR SIDING HAS HELD UP GREAT!
