He never finished the job because he claims he ran out of river rock even though he left the job with river rock that I paid for in the back of his truck. He said (several times)he's come back and finish but never did. Then he wanted more money for rock that I already paid for. I paid him before I noticed the job was not complete, so I'm screwed. Township showed up because he never called to have the utilities flagged before digging. . Communications is terrible, he just doesn't care. Never again.
