Century Water Conditioning

Installation went very smoothly and we came in under budget without cutting any corners. The technician that we had was named Matthew and he was polite, punctual, and got the work done in the right amount of time. He was also completely unfazed by our dog.

I recommend them. I have been using them for 3 years. I've got another house in Franklinville and they worked on it. They are professional, punctual, and they are reasonable. In that industry, there are a lot of people that are not quite so upfront with you, but I have not found that to be true with these people. They are honest.

I've been using Century Water since we bought this house eight years ago. The previous homeowners had bought the conditioning system from Century Water (as a condition of sale) and so we just kept using them for routine service. Because our system is undersized for our needs, we need maintenance twice a year.
They are always very easy to deal with, easy to schedule, and it's always been a smooth transaction. The tech always explains his findings clearly. This time he advised us to start saving for an upgraded system. Other techs had advised us before that the system was undersized, and we mitigated that by scheduling service more frequently. But this time the tech showed us the numbers that demonstrated our system is starting to show the strain. He explained that our plumbing would be damaged by the high iron levels in our water in the long term. He gave us a ballpark figure so I could set a savings goal.

Bob explained everything to me very clearly.  He was highly professional and extremely helpful.  They wrote out a contract for me in case I needed work done in the future.  They did not charge me for the visit.  This company is very reputable.  I would recommend them to others.
