CALVELLO'S TLC

It went very well at first. Andrew sent his team out and they did a very nice job in my front yard between the mulching and the trimming. When I went into the backyard the pavers were still there, The area around the shed was not cleared and all they did behind my fence is weed whack some weeds but left all of the greenery all over the ground and didn’t clean anything up. I called Andrew from Calvello landscaping and he was very apologetic and came out himself and saw that the jobs were not done as I asked in the backyard. He agreed that they did not do what he had given me a quote for so he would send them out on Monday the following week to take care of those two jobs in the backyard and asked for $400 out of the $450 I owed him. I put $400 cash under my front mat which he came and got but did nothing in my backyard. Not only did they not show up on Monday they did not show up for two weeks. I again called Andrew and he was so apologetic that no one came out that the told me too forget about the $50 I still owed him because nobody has come out yet to finish the job and it was now been over a month. It has now been 3 months and he has never come back to finish the job and will not return my texts or answer my calls. I had two paver jobs set up for him because I thought I could rely on him. Needless to say after what they saw he did too me they both called another company. He took my money and didn’t finish the job. What kind of company intentionally gains your trust, ask for the majority of the money before the job is done and never show up again. My backyard still looks like ****. It really just makes me sick because I know if I had a man here with me they would have never pulled this stunt.
