Vinyl fence was damaged in removal of existing shed. They did return to fix said fence but a little damage still remained. Construction of new shed went flawless

Chris Anderson spoke to me and my husband on the phone numerous times, answering all our questions thoroughly and informatively. We often got a hold of him immediately on the phone or he called us back promptly. I was very happy his website has the prices listed for all the types of sheds and all the different features. There are photos as well. We also drove out to Sequoia Supply in Hatfield to see some of his sheds out for display. Apparently there are places in New Jersey, too, where the sheds are on display.
The shed is very well constructed. Great quality. Looks great. We have gotten lots of compliments on it, including from other contractors who've been to our house and the painters who painted the shed. It's important for potential buyers to realize that the price quote you receive will not include the painting, caulking, etc, which the warranty requires. Chris did say they could sell us some paint listed on the website, but we didn't go that route.
The two builders arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time, worked hard and got it done in under 4 hours, building it on premises. It went fast. We were happy we didn't have to cut any tree branches down as other companies required in order to bring in a pre-constructed shed. It was obvious, they knew exactly what to do and had a lot of experience. They were curteous and professional and cleaned up completely afterwards.
We ordered a 12x12x12 foot shed because we wanted the largest storage building that the township would permit. Afterwards we measured it, and it's actually a bit less than 12 feet high, which turns out to be a good thing since we had it built on top a gravel foundation that adds some height to the whole structure. We hadn't thought about that beforehand. It's also a few inches wider and longer than the 12 feet. I'm assuming those measurements are still going to be ok with the township. Just to give any readers some food for though about size and township permits when ordering your shed.
The only thing I wish I'd done differently is to get a taller door than the standard one. My husband has knocked his head on it -- hopefully once is enough!

They were very nice. They were great at following up with me and they were concerned with my thoughts on the how it I felt about the shed. They are coming out to build something else for me in the future. I would recommend him to anyone!
