From the original estimate to the completion of my project they were outstanding. I am very careful in choosing renovating/constructing companies. They job turned out better than I ever expected. You cannot go wrong hiring this small family company.

Overall I had a good experience dealing with American Kitchen Refacing. There were a few bumps along the way but the owners made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction and the cabinets look absolutely beautiful. I appreciate their high standards, dedication, and expertise and assistance during the process. My kitchen was truly transformed. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Hands down this was the best company to work with . We had 5 other companies come out to give us estimates. American Refacing was our first one. We should have never wasted our time shopping around . From the first moment I met their salesman I knew this was an honest company . The owner & his wife are so professional& Personable. His crew is the same . The nicest & most respectable young men. We trusted them in our home while we were away & didnâ t worry one bit. You will be so impressed from your first meeting to your last . Their work is beautiful . We love our new cabinets .

The installers Paul and Polo were absolutely amazing! The craftsmanship is outstanding and nothing short of. I wish I had done this 20 years ago! We are beyond amazed with the product and the overall outlook of our kitchen. WOW!!!!!

Mike and Nick, came and did a spectacular job. They were clean, and they were courteous. They did more work to my cabinets then work contractually responsible for. And the outcome was outstanding. You will not ever be disappointed in the quality of work and the quality of the refacing and the doors,absolutely incredible

The work was quick, efficient and I'm pleased with the final product.

They did what they said, when they said they would do it, and I was thrilled with the result.

Everyone we interacted with at American was extremely warm and friendly. The quote they gave us was less than others we received for similar work. The salesman did not pressure us in any way and was extremely patient with answering our many questions. Once the deal was sealed, we were quickly scheduled for installation which was done quickly and neatly. Would certainly use these folks again or suggest them to others!

Did a good job refacing the cabinets and replacing the countertops, however, during installation, the installer scratched my new stainless steel refridgerator. They said they would repair the door and that it was ordered, but I found out they didn't even order it. When I called today, I spoke with Cheryl and she said I would get the money when they got it from the installer and not before. I told her that was not fair or professional and wanted to know who she was and what her position was in the company and she hung up on me.

Great price, installer was right on time, very courteous. Did job quickly and right!!

Fantastic! From sales manager Dan right through to craftsman Lou every aspect was outstanding! They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would and more! We're so glad we chose this company. Pricing, timeliness and craftsmanship were the best. If you're thinking about refacing do yourself a big favor and go with these guys! Thanks guys!!!!

I had been planing this project for a year. I did a lot of research on this project met with a lot of kitchen "Pro's". A couple of times I was feeling good about an outfit to do my job. But then something was always brought to my attention that made me uncomfortable with this outfit. And I mean this happened more than once. It got to the point wear I was going to make the counter myself and put the back splash up myself. After all I was a good worker lots of experanse working with wood. Even though I had a stroke 4 years ago I felt I had recovered enough to do this myself. Well thats just how frustrated these different Kitchen outfits made

Our project has not started yet it will 5/18/09. To date we have met with our salesman Joe W. very pleasant and I have met with Mike S who took all of the measurements. So as of right now I would highly recommend. I will update when the refacing starts. So for right now I will give 5 stars on professionalism and then rate again when our project is complete.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Both the contractors for the cabinets and counters did excellent work. The kitchen looks fantastic. They also cleaned up after themselves and there was a minimum of disruption.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by American Kitchen Refacing, who refaced our kitchen cabinets and added two new small ones. The only problem was it ended up taking 7 days, and there was some communication problems either with the people at the office or the serviceman, I'm not sure who. One day his truck broke down, and he didn't show up, and no one informed us. It may have just been a fluky thing. I would still recommend this company though because the work was very good.
