* Needed to call him over and over to come out the first time. He started it a good ten months later after many excuses. * He never came to supervise his workers and did not provide them with the correct trees and flowers * He put no weed barrier under the mulch (which was very minimal and full of weeds. * He promised to add additional stone to the area. He never did this. * When he was asked to fix the sloppy job with a border between the mulch and stone which were spilling into each other, he agreed to do this but did not say he would charge an additional $1200. to do it. We would have been happy with any barrier just so there was a separation. He put 88 pieces of brick for which he charged $1200. We had no agreement for this and he knew it. * He put in the incorrect plants in the incorrect places. * The job was a mess. I had to personally but 16 bags of mulch. Numerous flowers and 24 bags of stone. ^ He continues to harass me. I have documented every piece of paper, letters, etc. He never leaves his truck and does not take phone calls.
