Was experiencing issues with my fridge, they were super responsive when I reached out and came next day. Appreciated as they worked on it, they used it as an opportunity to teach me on how certain mechanics should be working and function (i.e. fan, compressor, condensers, heaters, etc) to make sure I understood what they were checking along with what was wrong.
Received estimate for repair ahead of time so I could decide if it was worth fixing or replacing the unit. Also really appreciated best practices to keep the fridge in good maintenance, which I will definitely be using.
Super professional, transparent and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend!
