We've been using Home Clean Home since March of this year, starting with a deep clean. We had some problems with communication and punctuality, but Virgil explained that he had problems with his cable and phone service. That's been straightened out and we're on a regular schedule now. Virgil and his wife Renita are very thorough. He has tackled several problems in my house where he would have to get a specific product or tool and he has always solved the problem. Right now he is working on repairing some scratches on our refrigerator.

I don't like to give straight A's when doing a review, because nobody is perfect. But in this review I had too! Virgil and Renita are great to work with. I chose them because of the great reviews they received on Angieslist. They both worked for about 4 hours. They cleaned every inch of our house: ceiling fans, mopped the floors, cleaned our black appliances, wiped down all the kitchen cabinets, removed whatever was on the furniture and replaced the items, wiped down all the wood trim, etc. Virgil has some good products that he uses, and he explains how they work and why he uses them. He insisted that we inspect every part of the house before he left. They both do excellent work! We have scheduled bi-weekly visits going forward.

Here's the thing: we received a bad review because of our cable problem (had to get new phone number), and we want nothing more then to help the person who was upset because he couldn't reach us!! My business is cleaning, but because cleaning someone's home is so intimate, the relationship is priority 1!! I tell my clients often, if anything is not done as they expect, or if they notice something I skipped, all it takes is to bring it to my attention and it will be handled, and I do talk a lot (maybe too much) but it's because my need to serve and help others, isn't just a job, it's my passion and it is my life!! They have done an excellent job on the cleaning and performed extra duties like removing a spot from the family room sofa. They provide a very detailed status if there are any issues that required additional work. We have since hired them to provide cleaning services for the rental property for the rest of the season.
