It's always the same when you call they do nothing but waste your time on the phone and then schedule a tech. Stop giving your money to them go with a Dish
Description of Work: 2nd Memorial Day weekend with no Tv or Internet it's Thursday night and I have to wait until Saturday 5pm to 7pm for a service tech.
