8/28/2007, contract signed 3-4 week job, all work to be preformed by Rocco Capozzoli. It is now a year later, work is still not complete, Town will not pass inspection of stairs. Mr Capozzoli, misrepresented himself, he in fact had no contractor license, no insurance. He subcontracted windows to someone else. List of unfinished work too long to list . I am thinking of opening my home for a Capozzoli Model home to anyone entertaining the idea of working with Mr. Capozzoli. Mr Capozzoli is now operating under the new name of Mac Paradise, LLC.
