The proprietor of this organization is also the gentleman who will perform the home inspection. I was referred to this company by a very good friend who sought the services of this company over 20 years ago. She still refers back to the report she received prior to purchasing her home and uses it as a guide to answer questions that have come up in the future to prevent negative experiences. I never thought that a home inspection was important when I was interested in purchasing a home, you cannot fathom how necessary it is if you do not want to cry about a very expensive purchase that could have been avoided by allowing this man to make sure your future investment is in good condition. This is not a $499.00 inspection, but it is also not a 30 minute check list inspection that will never find faults and/or defects that a check list inspector that charges $499.00 would overlook. To answer your next question, why spend double the price? The end product is spend $800.00-$900.00 to prevent you from buying a home that costs over $200,000.00 that will possibly cost you $20,000.00 and more to fix because you did not find this flaw prior to closing and now you own it...it is a no brainier. To all of you who are in the difficult and frustrating process of purchasing a home as I have just done, heed my word please....You definitely don't need to find out later you bought a house that will cost you more than you anticipated because building inspectors, local laws are laxed and sellers can get away so much easier with selling not only their home to you, but their headache and you will have no recourse. I will never forget these people, their invaluable services are only overshadowed by their integrity and their impeccable reputation. This man is know by his peers as the "home inspector's inspector". It was my good fortune to come across these individuals who made my house hunting a great success. It is TRULY my privilege to be able to be the first person to rate you on this website.
