 + -1 moreHe didn't just assume what we wanted. He kept talking to us to make sure he understood what we wanted and worked with us to understand what we wanted, rather than just doing what he would rather do. He gave us options, as far as materials and kept us abreast of everything he was doing, along every stage of the job. He really engaged and kept us up to date on that.
Description of Work: Kenneth Caivano demolished two stairways in the front of our home and built new ones.
