Never got a quote or a contact from anyone. Very disappointed.

Tino's was great! They called the next day about the TV and told me a very fair price to fix it. The day after that they called about the stereo and while their labor to repair was fair, the part cost to much (Not their control). We both agreed it did not make sense to repair. They brought both devices back when only my wife was home and mounted the TV on the wall again. The only nit is that they left the wires hanging down instead of making the clutter look good or hidden. All in all, very happy with the service and repair.

Johnathan and Tino were able to come the same day I called. They were both extremely pleasant and were able to do the job quickly and neatly. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Tino's contacted me promptly to arrange pick-up of the HD TV at my home. The technician arrived as scheduled and called later that day to advise the required repair and cost. The repaired HD TV was returned a few days later as promised. The technician was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would use Tino's service in future as needed and recommend to others.

I call them and left a message and less than two hours they call me back, they come to pick the TV and the next day got a call with was the problem with the TV. They repaired the TV with just few days, they were reasonably priced. Excellent service I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very professional.

I had an LG HDTV that stopped showing video. The audio still worked, and the picture was there but there was no backlight. It was just out of warranty, so no coverage there. I sent a note to Tino's. They called me and we set up a time for them to pick it up. Tino and Jon kept in touch and came right on time to pick it up. I paid them the pickup and evaluation fee ($80). They called me later to say they found a short and could patch it, but the TV really needed a display panel replacement. They delivered the TV back just a couple of days later. Unfortunately a couple weeks later the TV went out again. I sent them another note, and they came by to pick it up again (for no charge). They followed up a couple weeks later saying they tried to fix it but can't be repaired without replacing the display panel, which (even if available) would cost more than the TV originally did. So I left it with them to dispose of. Tino and Jon were professional, punctual, worked fast, and communicated well. I can't comment on the quality or longevity of their repairs, since the TV couldn't be repaired.

They were the most pleasant, professional and informative service company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. This is my first experience with Angie's list. If they are all this good it will be the best money I ever spent. Tino' picked up my tv with hours of my call. They called with status updates. They completed the repair and returned the tv within 72 hours. They were very well priced. The total bill with pickup, delivery, reinstall, labor and parts was $391.00 this included a part that cost over $200. When they were at my home they helped me move a very heavy older tv down 2 flights of stairs into my cellar. Thank you Tino's, Thank you Angie's List.

SPECTACULAR! The gentleman who picked up and returned the TV was charming (what a change from usual guys) on time, careful and clean. They diagnosed the problem by the next day, did the repair and returned the set within a very short period of time. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. cost of repair was more than a replacement tv. iwas offered a refurbished tv, at a very good price. along wiyh the tv there was a 90 day guarantee. the technician jon was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. I would use this service again and recommend it.

These guys are the BEST!! They provide extraordinary service. The picture on my TV, which was less than 24 months old, went black and then the TV started to emit an acrid smell. I called Tino and told him I found him on Angie's list. He took my details and said he would call me back in a short time once he researched the symptoms to see if he could even fix it. In about an hour, he called back and said he might be able to fix it. He charged me $40 (because I am an Angie's List member, normally $60) to pick up the TV (my home is approximately 30 miles from their location). The deal was, if they could fix it, it would cost me $125; if not, there would be no charge. When they arrived, Tino asked me how many TVs I have and when I said one, he said he would lend me a TV while they fixed mine - awesome! The next day, they texted me photos and informed me the TV could not be fixed. They allowed me to keep the loaner TV for 5 days until I received my new TV. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of service on your TV.

24 HOUR TURN-AROUND!!! This HAS to be a record for TV repair! I called in the late morning and he picked up our TV and left us a loaner that very afternoon. Impressive! But wait, it gets better! The very next day he called and said that it was fixed and could he deliver it that afternoon!!! Unbelievable! Where can you get better service than that? And he was reasonably priced to boot, not to mention that he gave "service with a smile." I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

Two of Tino's workers came out to pick up TV from Lebannon to Basking Ridge for $20 (discounted from $30 because he was close to town). The next morning I got a call that it needed a scan board. With labor a little over $200 minus the $40 evaluation fee paid up front. 2 hours later I got a call it was ready. Tino offered to deliver it free of charge. He couldn't get a helper so waited until SUNDAY MORNING to bring it- above and beyond. So worth it. Honest and good work and nice people. TV works like new.

It went great! i have had numerours repair people here in the past(for all different issues) and have never had such excellent ,professional service! These guys(Tino and John) are wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more! They were a pleasure & made my life so much easier! Hurray for these guys!!!!!!

When I called the provider to learn of their service, I did tell them there name was selected from Angie's List. Everything went as exactly as planned. Initially we planned not to repair the plasma TV if it cost over $150. We changed our mind once the company offered to pickup the TV and return it.

I had had the problem with my TV for a while and had considered replacing it but finally decided to try to get it fixed first. I found Tino here with high ratings and my experience was excellent, just as other other reviewers had described. I filled out the online service request on New Year's Day, and received a response (both a call and email) the next morning. I was told the repair could be done in my home, was given an estimate and then was able to schedule repair for later that day. They arrived on time, fixed the television and took a check for the amount they'd quoted over the phone. It hardly could have gone more smoothly.
