I cant get a call back for servicing. I am concerned about some rusting on one of our systems.

They orginally quoted me 250 dollars. However they charged 275 dollars, I told him they quoted me 250 dollars. He also failed to mention there would be 15 dollar travel charge. It was a whole ordeal to get the correct pricing. I feel that he was not very honest with us, and I feel that he hustled me with the part, pricing, and installation.

Upon first meeting Jim, we were impressed with his professionalism and his politeness. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, and explained everything to us in a clear and uncomplicated way. He assured us that, as the business owner, he takes much pride in the quality of his work and that he refuses to cut any corners. When he showed up to do the job, we saw that he wasn't kidding! He set up his workspace in our basement with enough cleanliness and organization for a hospital surgery setting, and then he got down to business. He used a high-quality rigid iron pipe for the gas line with T-connections for future appliances, one circulator pump per zone (instead of zone valves), shut-off valves before and after each circulator pump, a superior air scoop; in short, the works. When it was all done, he checked that the entire system was working properly, and then he vacuumed up the floor and drove off, leaving behind a brand-new shiny unit with all pipes carefully labeled. He was so professional and pleasant to have around, we were actually a bit sad to see him go!

I was satisfied with the quality of the service they gave me and their follow up and responsive demeanor went a long way in my thinking. They are an excellent company that stands behind their service. I was happy with the price and would use them again if the need should arise.

I WOULD TELL ANYONE TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. I FEEL THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THE BEST MATERIALS FOR MY HOME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NEAT AND CLEAN.
