I think he meant well when we were talking. I think the time and details changed after he talked with his superior.

Had the standard wire shelving which had come out of the wall (too much weight) installed heavy duty brackets and raised about 2 inches from previous. Looks great and very sturdy now!

He insulated the foyer room, put up sheetrock and sparkle. Nobody used the foyer room. It didn't have heating system. He insulated it, put up a ceiling and sheetrock. Quality of work was very good. I would use him in the future.
