When I called they said it would be $20.00 for the area rug but when the guy got here he said it was going to be $125.00 because area rugs are more expensive.  I told the guy that when I made the appointment they said it would be $20.00 he said no area rugs are more expensive to clean but I can clean your area rug and stairs for $160.00.   I had offered to move the furniture off the rug so he could clean the entire rug and he said no he would move it and when he left I looked at the rug and he did not even move the furniture.  I called the office to talk to the manager and told him how I was quoted $20.00 over the phone and he said no that's not possible area rugs cost more to clean.  My neighbor also had a coupon for 5 rooms for $89.00 but when he showed up he said that she needed deep cleaning and it was double the price.  They didn't even do a good job.
