HELEN'S FLOWER & GARDEN CTR

A new aquaintance of mine sent flowers and Helen's delivered them to my home. It was over 4th of July weekend, we were out of town and we did not return until Tuesday, the 6th. The roses had already fully opened and drooped, the daisies were dead and the oasis was empty. I called the store and asked why they didn't call and verify that we were home and they said the order said they could leave them. They also couldn't tell me what day they had delivered them. She said it was probably the Saturday or Sunday (the 3rd or 4th). They were not accomodating at all, rather rude in fact and not very smart to leave an arrangement on a doorstep in 100+ degree temperatures. By the way, I received another arrangement the prior week from Branchburg florist and they called, left a message that I had a delivery, I called them back and they delivered it at 6:30 pm at night-that's service. So, I would recommend you go to Branchburg Florist instead of Helen's.
