When George arrived, I showed him the screen fell out of the frame and couldn't be made to stay in place. I also complained that the window was loose in the frame and could be moved perceptively from side to side. He said this was necessary for side loading windows to perform correctly. I think he was just blowing me off. The real test of the installation and the window quality when the winter winds blow. He said the screen was manufactured incorrectly and he would take it back to the shop and fix it. When he returned he got it to stay up, but it still slips.
Description of Work: Remove three adjacent windows and storms and install side loading aluminum replacement windows of commercial quality. The manufacturer of the windows to be All Season Door and Window Co. George told me he would personally be involved with the project and that no subcontractors would be used. Two workers showed up on time without George and proceeded to do the work. They left quickly upon completion without giving me a chance to inspect the work, telling my tenant George would be by to pick up a check.
