sewing machine repair
 + -1 moreThe place is a mess-actually looks like he had a natural disaster occur. I have no choice but to bring my sewing machine and vacuum there as he is the only one around. He is vague in timing saying he would do the best he could. Each time I've left my machine there, it came back missing parts. Wish there was somewhere else to go. He sells Viking and Miele products. If yours isn't one of those, you have a piece of crap and no wonder it's broken. Still waiting to get my machine back...I guess my customers will have to wait. I am in the market for a new machine and live near the store. Over my dead body will I buy one from him. I'd rather travel 50 miles than deal with the surly service that I receive time and time again.
Description of Work: Brought my sewing machine in for repair, 6 mos. after he serviced it. He talked down to me, wouldn't give me a date as to when I could pick it up even though I use if for professional purposes. Wouldn't rent or lend me a machine. A follow up call and offer to pay 10% more for faster service gave me the same answer. Suggested that the reason my machine wasn't working smoothly was because I didn't use Viking presser feet although I've used other generic (and much less expensive versions) for many years with no problems.

 + -1 moreTheir pricing was very cheap. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They showed and explained to me what I had not known before. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Viking Sewing Machines to repair my sewing machine as there was either dust.
