Terry's got a strong referral network among local car dealerships, and I've had repairs made by their shop on several occasions. They do nice work, and are always professional, but things tend to take longer than they say they will.

I found Terry's using Angie's List. My car (2000 Nissan Altima) was hit by someone else, and front bumper cover was ripped off. The other party's insurance company paid for repairs. Terry's worked with insurance company and no money was paid out of my pocket. Since my car is old, the stock bumper cover is no longer made, so an equivalent bumper cover was installed and painted to match car's current paint. They also replaced the black plastic around front wheel wells and front mud flaps. We were told job would take 2-3 days, and it was completed in 3. Rental car was needed (which other party insurance paid for). Enterprise was onsite at Terry's, so it was very convenient. There is a slight gap between new bumper cover and hood, but this was expected as new bumper was not stock. Terry's told us this before we did the work and we were OK with it. They did great work, car looks great, and they were very easy to get in contact with.

Referred to Terry's by my car dealership. There were several dings on the roof and I had scratched up the front bumper on the parking space barriers several times. The repairs were done impeccably. It did take quite a while - over 2 weeks - to get my car back, but they were very professional and called often to let me know what the status of the repairs were.

They were recommened by the insurance agency. They did a great job. Can barely tell I was in an accident.

The dealer recommended Terry's Auto Body. The quality of the work was excellent - the car looked like new. It took about 4 weeks to get the car back which was longer than estimated, but I was very happy with the results.
