Ram Custom Flooring

Ram showed up as contracted and performed work. Following week we contacted the owner because the finish was not correct. Many spots were very shiny & slippery and looked wet although dry. Others were bare and others had piles of grit making it impossible to clean and unsafe.We contacted them within days of completion and the owner asked us to wait a few days to see if the finish improves. After a couple of weeks we contacted him again as the finish did not get better. He promised to come in but didn't show. Over the next 1-1/2 years, he promised on numerous occasions to come in to view the floor so that he could correct the problems. He canceled some dates, postponed others and at other times, just didn't show. We have over 20 e-mail correspondances between Ram Flooring and our company. Additionally, there were many, many phone calls and messages especially in the very begining before we realized we were running into a serious problem with this company. At that point we started only e-mailing so that we would have documentation. To date, he has not EVER come back here to resolve this issue or to even come here to discuss it!
