I didn't like them at all. I didn't like the way they cleaned. They were basically in and out. We used them once and we got rid of them. They were polite but they were doing general cleaning. When I want somebody to clean the house, I want them to be clean. They didn't clean the oven. They left sprays in the ovens. They're rushing to get to their next job. I wouldn't recommend them. They wanted to get us in the contract for more money. They charged half. If everything went well, then they wouldn't bill me if I stayed in the contract. I only gave them half. They don't care. They're just doing their job and they're getting out. They don't do anything more or anything less. They want to to try to get as much money from me as possible. I would not use them in the future.

Terrible. See details above. I would never recommend to anyone. I am waiting for a call back to discuss with their manager. This is supposed to be "intial" visit where they charge by the hour because they do such a good job. NOT in my house.

MERRY MAIDS GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE ENTIRE JOB, AND ALSO LET ME USE A COUPON I HAD. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND QUIETLY. THEY DID CUT SOME CORNERS, BUT DID A DECENT JOB OVERALL.
