Very professional, honest and courteous! Needed a new light fixture installed as well as a few minor items like outlets and dimmers. I also was hoping to install some 3-way switches but Chris let me know that it was cost prohibitive for a short stay in a leased apartment and then offered other solutions to solve my problem using non-electrical and less expensive ideas. called for a quote on installing 50 A capability outlets. When they arrives, the price is 10 times than what I heard and confirmed on the phone. It could be that what I heard was wrong on the phone, but they could had corrected me when I repeated the priced and asked for a confirmation, instead of trying to get an appointment first. On the day of appointment, they do show up earlier, but took my driveway so that I could not park my car when I was back. I have more than 100 feet near my front yard for them to park, while they choose to take my drive way. During the actual installation, they said they could only do 40 A total as it is limited by the 20 A per line. If I want 60 A, I need to pay 50% more. Note that we quoted on phone for 50 A ! They do not care what you want at all on the quote!!! During installation, they used my existing 20 A fuses by swapping what exists on my current main circuit. I told him to install new fuses on my main circuit board. They ignored and start to educate me on things. But the thing is that I did my Ph.D work on electrical engineering and this is such as simple two terminal circuit ... When I left for a while and brought my check to pay them, I found one of the engineers put his hands on the electrical switch of my furnace, which is not part of the work of installing the outlets. They are not supposed to touch unnecessary things without at least notifying the owner ... And I always keep a screwdriver near main-electric panel and it is lost after their service. It is a worthless item, but it makes one feel uncomfortable ...

Called in the late morning. Someone was at my house that afternoon and completed the relatively small work. Kyle is an excellent representative for ARS.
