They installed our unit in March 2015, and the unit induced motor was found to be defective in Nov 2015. They not only charged us for the service call but also charged us for the part which was under warranty. It was very unprofessional. The same part after less than 5 years failed again, and they took no responsibility for their workmanship. Customer service Person does not deal with the customer on the request. This time again they were charging us for the defective part and exorbitantly for the service call under the pretext that we did not sign a maintenance contract with them. So we did not finally go with them but went with another vendor who is far better and professional.

They came and removed my old AC and installed the new one. Work was very efficient and fast. I would highly recommend them.

The technician came out promptly and on time. He gave me an evaluation and fixed a minor issue as I requested. He did not pressure me for unneeded services.

Most professional AC service company I've ever dealt with. The office people were clear in describing what they were going to do. They scheduled quickly, called me to let me know the tech was on his way. Omar was very good. He asked me a few questions about the history of the unit and went straight to work. He was clean and neat and summarized his findings at the end. Overall it was a great experience.

The work was fast, neat, and very professional looking. They ran ducts in my basement, and they are barely noticeable. they left the jobsite cleaner than when they got there. They also came in lower than other estimates. I would highly recommend them.

On their first visit have them do a complete checkout of your central AC system. If you don't ask, they won't do it and you may end up calling them back is a few days when the system does not work, because they did not do a complete checkout on the first visit,

Job: To cut upon my plaster walls and move three heating/cooling ducts from the bottom of the wall to the top of the wall @ six inches from the ceiling. Estimate: Dennis was prompt, professional and thorough. Work: Jermaine and Carlos were professional and courteous. I was concerned with dust as I have an asthmatic child - they were cautious to perform the job as contained as possible using drops clothes, booties and a vacuum. The vents were moved straight within the studs and they cleaned up any residual plaster and dust thoroughly. I will use Air 1 for all my HVAC needs!
