The controls on my Ford Explorer no longer could switch between heat and AC, high and low vents, defrost, etc. I initially assumed that any and quot;behind the dashboardand quot; work would need to be performed by the dealer, but I decided to give ADS a shot at a repair first. They called to give and estimate, and said that they would like to try a repair of the broken control door first, rather than replace it with a new one (approx $1000 job). I picked the car up the same day, the repair went fine, and all controls are back to normal. These folks impress me as very professional and fair, and won't do any work that is not cost effective and necessary. They are now my and quot;go toand quot; guys for my auto repair work.

I have been a loyal customer of Franks (owner) for twenty years. He worked on my cars before he started ADS and continues to work on my cars to this day. I tell everyone I know to go to ADS before going to the dealer. Frank is straight up and to the point and if he thinks it is under warranty he will tell you to see the dealer. He works on all makes and models of cars. With ADS's 5 star service and pricing, I wouldn't go to anyone else. Also his office girl Nicole and his mechanics are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They always try to go above and beyond for their customers no matter the situation.
I would like to say Frank is a first class operator who has allowed me to keep my cars running to between 150,000 and 200,000 miles.

I would definitely recommend them because firstly they are local and secondly they are an honest group and are hardworking. The price was fair for the amount of work they did.

had problem with car and left it in ADS parking lot. Although my repairs wee not scheduled ADS repaired within a day and i had my car back

We have been using them for twenty years and they have always been very honest with us. I have never had any problems with them or with any of their work. I recommend them if you want an honest job.
