TOP SHOPS

We recently had our master bath renovated and were looking for a fabricator for our counter tops/shower shelves/door saddle. We were torn between granite and quartz and ultimately decided on quartz. We visited several showrooms and larger establishments, however, we decided to use Topp Shops for several reasons. They deal in granite and quartz and we found that they had the best selection of remnant quartz pieces in the area. Trish, one of the owners who works the front desk was the most patient and helpful person. We came back multiple times because we couldn?t make up our minds, however she always made us feel welcome and offered excellent suggestions. She urged us, even after we selected a piece, to come back just before we finalized everything, to make sure something different didn?t come in that we might prefer. She was so accommodating?she gave us her personal cell phone if we wanted to make an appointment outside of normal hours on the weekend. Reggie, the other owner was equally impressive. He not only took the time to answer any questions we had, he gave us a tour of the working area so we could better understand the process. Even better than that, after the install, when we had a minor adjustment that we wanted to have made, Reggie came immediately, did what we asked and then, identified a few minor finishing details that other workers had had accidentally missed and corrected those all at no charge. We plan on doing another bath and possibly a kitchen and we will definitely be a repeat customer!
