An absolutely wonderful experience. We had spoke with several companies and while Rock Solid wasn't the cheapest quote we had received,however we were most impressed that we were going to get what we wanted. They installed a new UHD TV on our wall and 7 speakers as well for our Living Room. We knew it would be difficult as we wanted the TV to be above the fireplace and it has a stone facing. When Rob came out he was honest and said it would be difficult,but has done it before. They came out and were able to hide all the wiring inside the walls,including the electrical plate that needed to be wired as well. They programmed a single remote control for us that is WONDERFUL!!!! The entire family can use it very easily as we had 4 remotes before this and wasn't easy to work. The stack of equipment is all nicely hidden in our closet behind the wall also. We weren't going to purchase the Remote as it was $ 700.00 with the 2 parts we needed,but Rob pushed it on us nicely and offered to take it back if we didn't like it for a full refund. The minute he put the remote in my hands I said and quot;SOLDand quot;!!!!....so easy to use. He is going to get one for my father as well for a Fathers Day gift.
We also had a problem where could not get a good internet signal on our 2nd floor. They installed a device that fixed that.
I would definitely recommend Rock Solid to anyone as we were most impressed about was his attention to detail and the fact that Rob is the owner of the company and did the initial consultation and was present during the entire job. We were thrilled with the fact of having the owner present throughout. In the end we have his cell number and he responds immediately.
