Richard arrived  promptly on the day established by Kitchen Magic.  He reviewed the process with my husband and I and checked all materials before beginning the job.  He told us what  to expect and the approximate length of time for the job to be completed.  He was very respectful of our pets and our home.  He worked neatly and carefully. He contacted  the manager on our behalf when the sink was late arriving, and kept us up to date on his progress.  His work was done carefully and professionally. The cabinet refacing went very smoothly for the most part, and the kitchen looks beautiful.  The quality of the materials is superior. I would highly recommend Richard for any carpentry work based  the workmanship he demonstrated with this job and his expertise.
