Felix was totally up front and honest about what we were assessing and explained what could and could not be done to remediate it as well as other possible contributing factors. Plus, he has excellent taste in music. Which isn't important in this context, but I appreciated it. 🤘

Felix came to our home, inspected the basement, and suggested that we try taking out the 22-year-old carpet and repainting the floor. He also suggested we get covers for the window wells. He said he saw no evidence of mold. It's rare and refreshing to do business with an honest tradesperson. He was a pleasure to work with and put our minds at ease and didn't charge us a penny.
Description of Work: We contacted Felix for an appraisal of our basement because I was smelling something moldy as of late. Felix was on time and very professional.

Felix was very communicative and arrived early. He explained the entire process, did an initial 15 minute sample test and performed a thorough inspection. He also took samples to send to a lab. He sent the report within a few days and then followed up with me to make sure I had received the results and to make sure I didn't have any questions. I was very impressed with the service, and all for a reasonable price. Luckily, the mold is inactive, but if I ever do need remediation, I will certainly turn to Nofungusamungus!
Description of Work: During our home inspection (we are the buyers), our inspector noticed some mold-like substance in the attic. He recommended an additional mold inspection to discover whether this was active mold. I hired Felix to do the inspection and mold test.

Called and texted owner and he stated he only can do estimates(in the town next to his) during the day before 1:30. If you work, how can you do that? They must be so busy or rich that they don't need my business. Maybe they are just lazy. There are so many more contractors who are willing to work around there clients schedules. After all, without the clients they have nothing.

Mold was found in the attic of my house during a home inspection. Anthony was very responsive and flexible in setting the appointment for both the estimate and the work. He was there on the day of the job, and, his guys worked quickly and neatly. Problem solved. Anthony is a great guy. He might be a bit wordy for some, but I found him very engaging. I almost gave a B for professionalism for this reason, but he is very professional, and I didn't want to give the wrong impression.

Description of Work: Anthony is a character, in a good way. One of the things I like about him is that he isn't as much of an alarmist as others in this profession. That being said, he may be too laid back for some and to be fair, needs to be a little more empathetic. I found his rates to be reasonable and professional in his work. He came back a few times to make sure the work was done and fixed a mistake. mold and remediation is a hazy science, I am hoping never to have to deal with these issues again. If I do, I would call Anthony. I give him A- to B+
