 + -1 moreIt did not go well at all. There was no detail to the work. Millwork Junction was unresponsive to our entire project. Millwork Junction never returned our calls. Communication was non-existent. The installers working for the cabinet company continued to install out of pity for us, and most probably for no pay. There were several issues with the cabinets, but Millwork Junction took no responsibility, and basically took no interest. This was an extensive kitchen job with the design and cabinetry comprising most of the cost, which was Millwork Junction's responsibility. It is amazing to think that this person is still in business! We have retained all written communication with this company, which I am using to reference this report. In short, working with Millwork Junction was a nightmare!
Description of Work: We became acquainted with Millwork Junction and John Tasker, when renovating our kitchen in 2006. it became a very UNSATISFACTORY relationship. The designer left abruptly in the middle of the job. John Tasker, who was the principal owner and designer of Millwork Junction, did very little to pick up the pieces. In fact, he looked me straight in the eyes and said that he would finish our job, took our final payment, and we never saw him again!
