I called John Matthes Septic service after I was alerted to a potential problem with our septic system. Eddie took my call and, even though I was a new customer, immediately looked to see how quickly he could get someone out to my house. The next day Mike came to our house and did a terrific job. Not only did he thoroughly pump and clean the system, (which is a large 3 tank configuration), but he also found an issue with a broken filter. Mike is very knowledgable and explained the mechanics of the system and what was wrong. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it, but got me in touch with another company immediately to have it looked at. The price for the maintenance was reasonable, and less than a company that came 2 years ago and didn't do a very good job. Overall, I am very pleased with John Matthes Septic Pumping for having excellent people and excellent service.

Used them for 1st time and am very happy. Pumped both tanks in 1 hours. Almost 1250 Gallons. Did it very nicely. U can trust them. Also price is very reasonable. 100% recumended.

John was very helpful and Lisa in the office was great as well. JOhn helped us locate the tank lid which we had NO IDEA of the location. They were very professional, timely and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Even the guy that came and pumped the tank was great.

Excellent. Everything was done professionally and with good cheer even though the grey water tank was hard to find and required a lot of digging because of where it was buried.

Due to a worker having a sick family member in the hospital, they had to reschedule and were apologetic. The owner came the next day and did an excellent and through job. Will def use again.

John came out in the evening to fix our septic issues . He stayed till our septic system was running again , might I add it was 230am before he left. We called many people who would not even come out or return our phones calls . John is a man of his word and come with in a hour I can tell you I will never use anyone else except John for our septic services again I highly recommend him
