It's always very good. It was 5 degrees and they got me a furnace the next day.

Price was comparable, however after 23 months (used 8 months) since the installation of a complete A/C System, the pipe which carries the condensation from the air handler (in the attic) to the outside of the house exploded in the attic resulting in water damage to our bathroom and kitchen ceilings. Called a different A/C Company to repair and was told the pipe was pitched incorrectly which allowed water to freeze in it during the winter and burst. When the system was turned on for the summer the condensation leaked in the attic resulting in water damage to the ceilings. Scott Elliott said it passed inspection and does not want to ackowledge his company installed the pipe incorrectly.
