 + -1 moreI decided to go to a small independent mattress supplier to get bet better service and hopefully a less biased guidance. I was very pleased with the service provided. There was no high pressure I was encourage to try the beds out for as long as I wanted. I picked Tempurpedic because it felt very good and its reputation. I was strongly encouraged to buy the $80 protective covering in the event I wasn't to return the mattress. The mattress was delivered as scheduled, the workers put the covering on for me, placed the mattress on the bed and removed the old one. Unfortunately I found that the Tempupedic retains heat. I tried it for 2 1/2 months and decided to exchange it. I had no problem exchanging it.
Description of Work: Purchased Tempupedic mattress. Mattress delivered, protective covering placed on it and old mattress removed.
