Westwood Health & Fitness Center

I am a new member to this facility having tried an introductory offer.  Upon the expiration of my introductory membership I entered into a one year contract, however at the time of renewal I specifically inquired as to when the calble service would be reinstated as it had been out of service for several days at the time of inquiry which as before the storm (Sandy) took place.  I was told that the service was in the process of being restored with an alternate provider.  It still has not been established, and upon each inquiriy I have been given multiple explanations none of which are consistent with the previous.  I had left phone messages, and personal messages when at the facilty to receive a call back with no results.  I finally received a call back this past Saturday due to the fact that I left a message to have the owner contact me.  The owner's representative returned my call, and I certainly felt less than a valued customer following that exchange.  I doubt that I'll renew my membership based on this experience, however I also doubt that they'll care based on my telephone conversation.

They have everything you need and an expansive facility. They have lots classes, all the machines, all the exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights, certified trainers, and it's clean. It is a big facility and they just got the best gym. I been going there off and on for years and I know the owner and my wife and I both belong. There are several former  New York guys football players that go to this gym on a regular bases so they are ex professional athletes that use the facility.
