called them one saturday morning and they arrived at my house within 20 minutes. the worker was very nice and explained everything to me as he was doing the removal. After spraying the nest and knocking it out of the tree he even picked up the base of the next (with the eggs in it), wrapped it up and carried it away in his truck.
All in all a great experience although a bit pricey compared to other options. But I guess you pay for good service.

They are quite reliable and they do a good job. They are pretty reliable and they come once a year and treat the spring bugs. They are pretty reasonable.

It went very well.

Things went well because basically what happened was that not only he give some advice about had up for the future prevention of the pest; but he also made couple of observation that we could do to help conserve the heating below. While he was exterminating I found some cracks and he went above then what he was supposed to do. He was very responsive and it was pleasure dealing with them.

They were excellent. They were fantastic. One of the technicians came out with his son and found a small larva in my wife's closet, but said it was nothing to worry about and didn't charge us a penny. They asked us to call them back for any issues we had in the future and we did. They were extremely nice and professional. He came within an hour of me calling him.

All went great. Phone call was answered timely, options explained, estimated price quote given. Technician arrived on time, fully inspected our home inside and out. Listened to our concerns about children and pet. Took care of our uninvited "guests" and we are very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate calling them again, although I hope I don't have too! I would highly recommend them.

They came one day and gave me an estimate and came back the next day to do the spraying. I think they are very responsive and they were on time. The owner came to give the estimate and he explained about the chemicals. He is very knowledgeable. They are professional. They were honest and told me what they would be doing. I was very impressed.

Westwood Exterminating Co. was very careful with our property. The guy that came is very professional and friendly. We pay them annually and the price includes termite prevention and mouse extermination. We think they do a great job and would recommend them.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I DON'T EVER GRADE ANYONE PERFECTLY, BUT THEY WERE REALLY CLOSE. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO, AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH BEES SINCE.

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY USED THE PROPER PROCEDURES WHEN APPLYING THE CHEMICALS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY SAID THAT IF WE HAD A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE TO CALL AND THEY WOULD COME BACK RIGHT AWAY. THEY EVEN CAME TO DO A FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY.
