The staff is excellent. Each and everyone of them is always willing to assist you. The showroom is extremely neat, organized and beautifully displayed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will certainly use them again, if I need any window treatments.

I am very happy with the results. I was actually dreading making decisions about the window treatments since I did not know what style or color scheme I wanted. The designers were very responsive and really made this a seamless and enjoyable experience. They gave me lots of options and ideas. They were very patient with me when I changed my mind and switched from swags to cornices after everything was picked out and work was ready to start.

She followed our guidelines as far as budget and requirements and the entire transaction was as seamless and comfortable as possible. Big thanks to her expert installation and measuring technician Nick. He was super quick, VERY clean in his work and had my house feeling like a home in about an hour or so. Never seen someone so adept at their job.

The decorators at Valley Window are all amazing. Marian is my go to person there and she is a pleasure to work with. Marian has excellent taste and really worked with me to come up with something that I loved. They have so many choices when it comes to fabric and wallpaper amd they were very good at pulling together many different options for me to choose from. Marian has a lot of patience and great ideas. Lissa, Robin and Sue have also been very helpful in making sure I am happy with everything. I can't recommend them enough. I look forward to doing more projects with them for my home in the future.

The shades look GREAT!  The room is totally transformed and I am thrilled with the outcome!  Working with Robin was such a pleasure, and the installation by Nick was also a breeze!  Robin helped me to select just the right shades which  filter the light but don't totally block it, and they add a lovely and elegant touch to the room.  I would definitely work with Valley Window Fashions again, and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors-total professionalism and warm, friendly people!  They made the entire process so easy!

Janet and Robin were absolutely amazing to work with. They are extremely knowledgable of design, style, fabric and trim options and were especially helpful to someone who has never been through the process of custom window treatments. They presented me with many different options for each room and carefully chose the perfect selections for them with me. The installation process was quick and easy. Robin and Evelyn visited our newly-moved in house twice to discuss the installation of blinds on all the windows.
They are very knowledgeable about  window treatment,s and gave us valuable insight and suggestions as to our selections for the various rooms.  For a large window in the family room, Robin and Evelyn recommended shades which we agreed was an excellent alternative to blinds.
Robin and Evelyn brought samples with them to the house, and they were very helpful when we visited their store. On the second visit to the house, they were joined by Nick, the installer, who made measurements.  Nick came back to install the blinds and shades and did a great job.  Nick is an expert installer with years of experience and is also fine gentleman.
My wife and I are very satisfied with the work done by Valley Window Fashions.  We strongly recommend that you contact Robin or Evelyn for any window treatments at a commercial or residential location.

They?re very knowledgeable about their products with helpful design ideas for every situation.  I was amazed at the number of hours they invested working with me in the store and my home and on their own ? researching fabric choices and design ideas.  Their installers were experienced and meticulous and contributed useful suggestions of their own.  Don?t be put off by the high price tag ?
again, this was for the whole house.  They often made suggestions for cutting costs.

Marian and Lissa came to our house after we had called and made an appointment. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. We had just renovated and needed to update our window treatments to a more modern look. Marian came back with an assortment of ideas that my wife and I agreed on. 3 weeks later all the windows are finished and look great. Their installer, Nick, arrived on time and all the work was finished before the original estimated time. We would definitely go back to them. 

Fabulous!  They were immediately attentive to my needs, timing, gave me samples on the spot, discussed creative options based on my client's needs, and were available to meet personally with them at their home ASAP.  So pleased!

It was just wonderful. They were responsive. When one of the shades wasn't right, they switched it. They brought another one in. They were very responsive, very courteous, very nice people to work with. They gave me whatever discount they could.

we were very pleased with our blinds in our new home.  Lissa made excellent recommendations on what would look good in our new home.  We love our window fashions and receive many compliments from friends, relatives and neighbors.

Lissa was extremely helpful in providing me with my best options in window dressing options.  Lissa assisted me in choosing the best style for my home.   She was prompt in providing me with a full proposal including delivery/ install date.  Product was installed by Larry and he was/ is a true pleasure.  The product quality is as described and expected.  Prompt and efficient service.  Lissa also help to guide us with color choices for my walls and flooring.   Our ongoing project is still in full swing and we will be using VALLEY WINDOW FASHIONS for remaining windows.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Valley Window Fashions!  I cannot praise this company's courteous service, expert knowledge, and professional courtesy enough. All appointments were kept, and on-time. At the initial consultation, Lissa helped with the selection from the myriad options available.  All home improvement companies should strive to the level of service that Valley Window Fashions already exhibits.

Janet, from Valley Window Fashions, was friendly, punctual and very helpful. After moving into our home over a year ago, it was time to finally get my daughters' rooms finished. Janet came out several times and provided many options for my daughters and I.  She helped me find a Duette Honeycomb black-out shade that actually had a crisp white look instead of so many that look a bit off color and chalky. Janet was also able to find fabrics that my daughters' loved to cover the cornices that added the finishing touches to their rooms. I am very pleased with my Valley Window Fashions products and services. One addition, Janet also recommended a specialty painter that created the stripe patterns in one of my girl's rooms. It turned out beautifully!
