 + -1 moreGrandfather clock, which is 40 years old, is keeping perfect time. And every quarter it is chiming. We are now on their call list to remind us to have the clock serviced once every three years.
Description of Work: Our grandfather clock has not worked in five years. Was looked at a few years ago by another repair shop with no success. Clock Doctor came on time and advise he will oil and adjust and if stops working again will have to revisit.

He was on time, polite, spent about an hour on the clock and happily my clock was chiming again. I am very satisfied and would use them again. I had chimes for Christmas.

Description of Work: my antique clock was totally not working. He came out in September to fix it and when he left it worked. However, in the ensuing weeks the pin holding the hands fell off and the clock stopped. I called and an appointment was made for him to come back to the house to fix the clock. He came back and fixed it and it's working again.
