Grandfather clock, which is 40 years old, is keeping perfect time. And every quarter it is chiming. We are now on their call list to remind us to have the clock serviced once every three years.

Excellent! The repair person was prompt, courteous, meticulous and gave great attention to detail. When the repair was completed the clock sounded better than it has in 20 years!!! Service far surpasses the previous clock service that we had used. I highly recommend the clock doctor!

This was my Christmas present and I thought I would have to wait until after the holidays, but they made an appointment for 8 am the following week. He was on time, polite, spent about an hour on the clock and happily my clock was chiming again.
I am very satisfied and would use them again. I had chimes for Christmas.

The gentleman came to my home and got all of my clocks working again. For some reason they all stopped keeping time, but he was able to get them fixed.
