Bought a brand new air conditioner had a defect they won't take it back because they call it a seasonal item. I spent 2 grand in their store and now I'm just a schmuck. Haven't even plugged it in I've been on the phone for hours with GE arguing they don't wanna fix it. Customer service is horrible after they get paid but their so nice when you're reaching for your wallet. Fakes. Don't shop here Amazon will let you return anything for any reason.

It is a family owned company. They are nice to deal with. They are very fair and they were willing to negotiate on price a little bit. They gave me a loaner microwave to use until our kitchen was finished and install what I bought.

Possibly the best vendor experience since purchasing my house. First the sales person was super nice. Then when I asked to confirm the price for the grill which was on sale $50 less than Home Depot, she said I'll get you the price and came back another $50 off making it $100 less. Then they delivered very early the next morning per our request because we had an appointment. Then the natural gas line needed a new adapter for which I figured I needed a plumber but they installed it for me for free perfectly with the plumbing glue and everything. Also they carried the grill very very far to put next to the pool. Then from far across the yard I noticed the slightest warp to one of the panels on the door. I gently pointed it out saying it wasn't a big deal if they couldn't fix it. He immediately said they'd order a new door. The next morning at 8 am they were there to install the new door. Amazing service!!!

We had purchased a microwave from Home Depot but the installers they sent were incapable of figuring out the removal of our old microwave - a museum piece from the 1980s. So we cancelled the order and called Oberg and Lindquist. They were happy to help us even though our small order of one low price microwave is not a big job for them. We received great service and their installers were of a considerably higher calibre than those sent by HD.

We needed a new air conditioner -- ours had seized up trying to deal with too large a space for its power. They came and assessed what we needed -- we were even ready to put in a through the wall unit (basement = big bucks) and they said that would not be necessary. Only complaint I had was that the installer did not spend any time showing us the features and how to control them.

We purchased a chest freezer at the store, with a delivery date we chose (it could have been the next day if we had wished). The shop staff were immediately available and helpful, and completed the transaction in 5 minutes while we were sitting down at their service counter.
As we had no power on the chosen date we canceled the delivery, then, when power returned, we called the next morning and the item was delivered 3 hours later. The delivery team were prompt and professional, and removed the old freezer for disposal.
We have made most of our appliance purchases a Oberg and Lindquist over the past 30 years, and have always been completely satisfied with their professionalism, curtesy and prices.

I was really happy with this company because their installers were polite and courteous.

They were excellent, the quality of work was good. We really appreciated what they did for us.

It went very well. I went to the store to speak to a salesman. He told me what my options were. I searched online for a model. I gave the model nos. to the salesman and he quoted me prices for the refrigerator and installation. I ordered the refrigerator over the phone and they delivered it about 2 weeks later. On the day of delivery, 2 men showed up to install, 2 electricians and 2 to deliver and take away. They all showed up within 5 minutes of each other so all went very smoothly.

A very good experience. Highly recommended.

We have not gone any place else. We love them there. They are all so nice and easy to work with. We like the fact that we don't have to worry about if they don't work-they will come out and look at it, no problem.

I told them what I wanted and he came back and undercut everybody's prices. We communicated via email. I never actually had to go to the city of Westwood. I have the business card of the owner. What more could I want?

I highly recommend this appliance sales center for anyone who has not yet discovered it. The help and services there are extremely personalized. They tell you correct information, review options, and charge very reasonable prices for the things they sell. They are reputable, very reliable, and about as professional as they come. I think they are wonderful.

...delay the job. They did not offer to find the appliances somewhere else. I had to find the appliances so the job would not be held up. No follow up calls from them, no offers to be helpful and the president doesn't talk to customers. I did take delivery of the one on August 8th. I found the other two somewhere else cheaper but with a lot of angst. Price would have been $5500 for all five.

They were very sales oriented and they were very customer focused. The delivery was excellent and I guess those are the main things that I really care about. Oberg is good enough that I would go back to them again.

This appliance sales company provides consumers with competitive pricing on major appliances. The sales people are very good. Now, this is a small company that takes the time to provide good services to customers wishing to buy appliances.

They delivered within three hours. They were here before I got home. They were clean and immaculate. They were no problems. I would highly recommend them.
