The woman who answered the phone when I called was very helpful and was able to promptly schedule an appointment for us. When Mr. Ruel arrived he looked at our water heater and saw that it had already started to leak. He replaced the water heater in a timely and professional manner and was so neat that aside from the new water heater, we couldn't even tell that someone had done work in our home. We would highly recommend Mr. Ruel and would definitely use him again for any of our other plumbing & heating needs.

There was a leak in the return pipe of my steam furnace, and I was fortunate enough to have Michael respond the same day I called to come out and fix the trouble. Not only did he fix that problem, but he identified another, and fixed at the same time. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and he even whistled while he worked.

Michael Ruel is a good plumber and I have used him for years. He is very punctual, neat and courteous. He comes when I call him which is rare for plumbers. He is clean and never leaves a mess.
