"As the owner/operator of my company, I take my business practices very seriously, and strive to give each customer and each potential customer, prompt and courteous service. I want to apologize to this potential customer for her impression of my company. I never received an email from this homeowner, or my office staff would have responded promptly. I have been having trouble receiving some of my emails through my website, and have not been successful in correcting the problem. It is interesting because my office did receive a phone call from a homeowner with a similar problem. My office stated that while we did not service her particular type of heating, we would be happy to replace her water heater. The homeowner stated she was looking for a general contractor to take care of all her needs. The conversation ended amicably, and the homeowner was told to please call again if we could be of help. I have been in business for many years, and value each call I receive. My company is small and able to provide quick and professional services and my customers have been with me for many years. Perhaps this is the same customer who spoke with my office directly, and not through an email, or perhaps this homeowner call multiple companies and got me confused with someone else. Even though I never did get the opportunity to do work for this homeowner, I am truly sorry she has a less than favorable impression of my company. I always welcome new customers, and I thank you for giving me the chance to resond to this report."
