I saw the Leaffree sign on a nearby front lawn. After the sign was gone I rang the doorbell and the person told me he had a full installation of gutter guards and had some other work done. He highly recommended leaffree so I called them.
Not a big job but they were timely and quick. The owner was very responsive to a few phone calls. But here is why I'd recommend them. I indicated that I thought I had a roof leak that needed repair. Our roof is pretty high and I never would attempt to go up there but Noel, the owner came and said there were no issues with my roof. He came inside and identified that my problem was condensation caused by improper dryer venting. Well he could have fixed something that wasnt broken and charged me. Instead he helped me figure it out on his own time. I thought the price was very fair and with the extra time he took, I'd say I saved more money than I paid!
Now I am hiring them again to do my roof, siding and windows on a brand new garage.

The cleaning was done in decent way (though a lot of  dirt left on property after work was done), but the roof evaluation was provided very briefly.
Despite the fact that provider agreed that my 15-years roof is still good , he insisted on the roof replacement. I asked for  roof replacement estimate, and also asked for an alternative estimate for gutters replacement only. After estimates were done, I found that roof replacement a) not urgent and b) higher than average. Based on this, I chose the second plan - to change the gutters and we agreed that this will be done after my vacation.
Since that time I did not hear from Noel (the company owner), and all my attempts to talk to him (spoke with office several times , left  2 messages) did not make any success - the company never returned to me.

The ordeal is still going on....

It was horrendous. Unfortunately I had a business appointment the day they came and could not be here. They damaged my driveway and aluminum siding. One replacement gutter they put on was shorter than our original. There was a hole on one area of the roof where squirrels were getting into and they never informed me. The owner refuses to speak with me over the phone or in person. He indicated that he will not speak with me until I pay him the balance. I think his customer service is bad and the people who did the job were poorly supervised.

Company arrived promptly as was stated. They worked quickly and efficiently; finished within a few hours in the same day. The only problem was that they should have checked grounds around their work a bit better when they were finished. I had to pickup a bucket of nails and gutter and liter braces left around my property.

I called them after I called the BBB. I was checking on 6 other companies, & they were the only ones with license & insurance information for Rockland County. I called them & they called me back the next day to set up the estimate. The young man showed right on time, gave me my options, & was very professional. We made an appointment for the following week, & again, they showed up right on time. It took them only 3 hours to complete the job, & they cleaned up very well after themselves. Price reflects $300 coupon.

They did the work and it was wrong in a couple places. I had to have them fix it and it looked crooked. They also did not clean up well at all. There were nails left all over my yard. I would not use this company again. I am not commenting on the price that they charged me because I don't think it was fair considering the quality of the work.

Leaf Free was extremely responsive. After the estimate, I received several calls to follow up on what my decision was. They were not aggressive like some of the other gutter vendors and Noel seemed like someone that was honest. He even offered that if his pricing was higher that we would like the chance to re-bid. Although he didn't lower his price, he did install heaters in a certain section where there has been tendencies for icicles to form in the past. He was flexible enough to squeeze the gutters in ahead of schedule due to bad weather and even offered to cover a certain area that was exposed till he could start the job. His team showed up on time and was very open to a few suggestions and completed the job beautifully.

They were great to work with and did a good job, though I had to clean up nails, sharp sheet metal screws and aluminum trimmings from my lawn and driveway.

I REALLY LIKED THIS COMPANY. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICE.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH OUR GUTTERS. THEY DID EVERYTHING JUST HOW THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY REMOVED PARTS OF THE ROOF AND BEFORE THEY DID THE GUTTERS, THEY GAVE ME A CHOICE OF COLORS. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE GOOD AT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THEY WERE CARELESS WITH THE PART OF THE HOUSE THAT THEY CAME INTO CONTACT WITH, THEY DAMAGED THE SIDING.

I WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB IN ABOUT THREE HOURS. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT THE PROPERTY IN GOOD SHAPE. I THINK THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY.

THE COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. WE HAD A LEAK, AND THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND WE HAD ALL THE JOBS COMPLETED WITHIN EIGHT DAYS OF CALLING THE COMPANY. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER.
