"This client is the typical I want everything for free person.We are not indentured slaves. I tried to reason with her, I completed her serivces after her contracted expired she wanted free serivce- I gladly was willing to return for a fee. She refused my offer when she was told a fee was involved after the contract expired. Contractors should stay away from the person who is not willing to listen to reason and who want everything for free."

Contacted co. in Oct. 2012 when we finally did our 2011 tax reporting (had extended its deadline due to our move to FL). In preparing the tax data we realized that we had paid the same invoice twice. We contacted the owner and he sent us a listing of invoices paid. What a shock it was to see our double-pay noted, but the total invoice total changed to accommodate the 2 payments.
The owner offered to give us a credit but refused to refund our money. A credit is worthless as we now live in FL.
After contact from both Angie's List and Better Business Bureau the co. still refuses to refund our overpayment. We will continue to work toward getting it because we believe justice can and will be done.

"As a member of SIMA ( Snow and Ice Mangement ) we offer snow plowing and de-icing serivces at a rate that we feel is fair and equitable for risk management. We may not be the lowest company for residential plowing, but can you put a price on safety?. We plow for a living not partime and we have special plowing insurance.
