Due to a severe storm we had a large branch crack in two pieces over our driveway and our house. Although the branch did not fall it looked as though a wind could crack the branch further and it would fall on the house or cars causing major damage. We call Cliff the owner of the service on his cell phone. ( he had done work for us before and had done a good Job) he quoted us a price to remove the ENTIRE branch because since it had been split it was now compromised and needed to be completely removed. He told us if we paid him cash he would lower the price. Having worked with him before we agreed. When his workers arrived he was not with them. The only took down the portion of the branch that was displaced not the entire limb. The worker stated that it seemed strong enough and it was fine. I called cliff to say he quoted the entire limb and that was not done. He said his worker said the remaining piece was fine and that was that. I said then I would like a refund of some of the quoted price for the entire limb. His workers had left and with them the cash of entire price of the job quoted. I called Cliff to complain,. He hug up on my husband three times. When I called him he said " I will remove the limb if you want but I will charge you another $250.00". Since I paid him his requested CASH I had no recourse!. I would not recommend this provider!
