Fast and courteous service

Very responsive with the initial inquiry/quote, scheduled the work in short order, arrived on time and finished everything in about 6 hrs (I expected 1 1/2 days).  No problems occurred during the work and thus far it appears to have been successful.  Very pleased with all aspects; particularly the way they take the time to explain everything to you ahead of time.
I've used their services several times for assorted roof leaks over the last few years (work poorly done by others many years ago) and intend to have them replace a quadrant of the roof in the coming months.
I'd highly recommend these people for any roofing or painting projects; you may find a lower price elsewhere but you are not likely to get the same quality of service.  A pleasure to deal with.

Mr. Deer was very courteous, friendly and responsible.  He was very clean and respectful of our home and his repairs were first rate.

Our entire experience with Brian Deer and son exceeded our expectations. They were professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. They completed the entire job within the estimated time and price quoted. While performing the requested work, they noted that a requested repair that was not necessary. Instead of replacing an attic fan that we thought broken, Brian informed us the fan worked well and instructed us on how to use it properly. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this family-run company. We will definitely use them when it is time to replace our roof and for anything else that comes up around our home.

Brian Deer and Son is a small family owned and run business.  They had done roofing work for us 20 years ago, so we thought we would get an estimate for the removal of two layers of shingles, a new roof, and vinyl siding for our house.  Their estimate
was in line with the other two estimates we received.  
  Of course, Brian the son gave us lots of information about the material and products used and how they are put on the roof and the mechanics of the siding on the house.  He also spent lots of time talking about available colors of the shingles, siding, and shutters. His insights and suggestions regarding the style of the house and the surrounding neighborhood were most helpful and appreciated.  Before the work begin, Brian spent time with me discussing where the materials and the dumpster would be on the driveway. He 
wanted to make sure that we had both cars out of the garage and that there would be room on the driveway.
  He and his crew of 2 or 3 always arrived at 8:00 am on the dot.  Brian was always here working shoulder to shoulder with the roofers or siders.  And boy, did they work hard!!! They even worked in the rain, if it was not too heavy.  
  Brian also suggested that this would be a good time to replace our back door storm door (it was about 35 years old).  I told him the kind of door I wanted, he bought one at Loews and installed it.  So glad he suggested that!  He also installed new light fixtures by the back door, front door, and over the garage door.  Everything that he removed in order to put up the new siding( house number, flag pole holder, outdoor thermometer, etc.)  was put back in place.  He even helped me decide the arrangement of three window box type planters I wanted attached  by the garage wall.  
   We were amazed by the clean-up.  Every shred of shingles, every bit of insulation, every piece of siding, every nail, was thrown away. Not one scrap of materials was left in the bushes or lawn.  The only evidence that we had work done, was the beautiful new siding and roof.  
    Brian Deer is a really nice guy.  So easy to work with, gives you loads of information, answers all questions, and really goes the extra mile. Our work was completed just before Hurricane Sandy and we didn't have any problems.  We are very, very pleased.

Very professional.  Keeps appointments.  Came back and added more caulking for pesky leak around door.  This is a leak that 4 other companies had tried to fix and Brian has found the cause of the leak.  Nice company to work with.
