The salesperson, Steve was knowledgable, patient and very helpful in instructing my friend and I how to use the camera of our choice. The atmosphere in the store was that of a home town store with other patron's assisting in the process.

My complaint, if there is one, is that they're very expensive. They offer great advise and it's all professional. They count on you saying to yourself that you're getting professional advise so you can pay more.
