John took care of my wife's car right away and was able to fix the tire and would not take any money. I always shop local and have been using Anita Tire for all my car maintenance. They are professional and courteous and I enjoy dealing with them. Thanks to John for making sure that the tire was fixed and my wife was able to get to work without delay.

I waited about an hour and a half for one vehicle. The staff was wonderful, they made me feel at home, and they left me in peace while I waited.

Anita is fantastic, we use them all the time. They are wonderful. We have been using them since in 2007. We can definitely recommend them. I think the pricing is fair, and the quality is good.

Everything was done as expected

Called in the morning and was able to bring the car right in. The work was completed within the few hours that they promised.
I started using Anita Tire 1 1/2 years ago for this service that my car requires every 6 months.
 Back in December after they mounted my snow tires, one of my tires was leaking air.
The tire I didn't see any nails or screws in the tire that would cause the loss of air. I took the car back to Anita Tire, expecting that I would be told that I needed to replace the fairly new tire that was leaking. They checked out my problem and told me that the wheel rim had some corroded areas. They cleaned the rim and remounted the snow tire. The tire is still holding air.
Thanks to the thoroughness , I was spared the expense of buying an expensive runflat tire.

I've been using Anita Tires and Auto Center for many years.  Of all the auto repair places that I've ever used, this is the best.  The owners of the business, John and Ari, always treat me with friendliness, professionalism, and, as a long time customer, with respect. When I take my car there for service, I trust that they will honestly assess the problem and give me a fair estimate of the work that has to be done and the cost.  And if they happen to find something else that needs repair, I know that it's legitimate.  I've also been buying tires from them for a long time.  I've priced tires elsewhere and I feel that Anita's prices are fair.  Again, I prefer to do business at a place that I can trust.  Also, I like not having to take my car to the dealership for repairs, unless the car is still under warranty.  The place is always crowded and hectic, and the prices are always higher.  I prefer a neighborhood business.

They fit me in on a very busy schedule because I was leaving on a trip and they really did not have an opening for me for the next 3 days, so they were great in that respect.  Every time I go there, they do the job, do it right and I don’t have to go back.  They are honest and do the job in the time allotted.  They are pleasant and easy to work with.

No story to tell

Received an "Out the Door" quote over the phone.. It was $150 less than my local tire company. Drove to Anita's. Installation took 35 minutes. Paid the quoted price. No problems with the tires since they were installed 3 months ago.

Something was leaking from the bottom of my car. I had used Anita Tire before for regular service and was very pleased, so I asked my husband to take the car in to them. He had only a very short wait in their pleasant waiting area (TV, magazines, good chairs). They found a bad seal that was causing the leak and fixed it right away.We were very surprised how low the cost was. We were very pleased with everything, from start to successful finish. (I don't have the receipt in front of me, so this is not the exact date or the exact price to the penny, but very close.)

Received a quote on the snow tires I wanted. Their price was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes I received. Ordered the tires, they came in a few days, had them mounted and took back my regular tires. They even put my regular tires in plastic bags. Would recommend them highly.

Very positive experience

I had a coupon from the mail from Anita Tire offering oil change and complete car check-up for around $32 to 35 (I don't remember the exact amount or the exact date in March). They said I didn't need an appointment, so I just drove over one morning. They had a nice waiting area with chairs, TV, and magazines. They took my car within half-hour and completed the work within a half-hour. When the work was finished, a very polite technician came out and told me what work had been done (just the oil change/system checks) and that my car was in very good condition and no other work was needed. Since this is an older car, I felt the technician had been very honest in not "finding" anything that would have cost me more money.

Anita Tire stands behind the work they do and the services they provide. They were very responsive at calling me back right away and getting me scheduled on a short notice. They worked with me to get my vehicle in at a good time when I wouldn't need it a lot. They also have very reasonable prices.
