Great experience from start to finish. Project lead Doug was very responsive, called and visited ON TIME. The price was right in the middle of all estimates; availability was within two weeks where other estimates were a month or more out. The team arrived early, worked quickly and did a thorough clean up. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I've had.

Would absolutely recommend them. We met with Doug for an estimate on a new roof. He was very professional and thoroughly explained things to us and issues that might occur. He gave us a quote without pressuring us to sign anything unlike all the other companies we met with. The estimate was more than fair. We never felt like he was overcharging us for anything. The crew came out on March 3rd to replace our roof. They were here promptly at 7 and started right away. By 2 we had a new roof and the outside was cleaner than when they got here. My neighbor commented how quickly they did everything and how thoroughly they cleaned up. And the price came in at the price quoted without any surprises. And when they were done, Doug checked in with us to make sure everything went well. A great company to work with and we look forward to going back to them when we need more work done.

6/15/2018 I had a requirement to replace the 26 year old roof on my home. Utilizing Home Advisor and online reviews, I selected 4 companies to solicit quotes from. From the beginning I will say RGB construction was the most through, professional and upfront of the companies I talked with. Tom was a true professional in every sense of the word, thoroughly taking me through each step of my roof replacement, and pointing out trouble areas I had not originally noticed. His seven man team arrived on time, did a masterful job, and to his word the clean up of the huge mess was so thorough, If I had not known their team had just finished a 10.5 hour roof replacement, I would not have detected it. To top if off his partner is a former military man, so as a veteran myself I was proud to utilize their company. Not much more to add except to say, best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.

Tom, Tim and crew were knowledgeable and extremely talented. All steps of project were completed as explained to me. RGB is stellar and the ONLY and best choice I could make after receiving six proposals.

They were great. RGB was the only thing I really used. .It was $10,000 for my roof, but there was also skylights, tt was reasonable. I would give him and A, but I?m going to give him a B because he never came back. I had an issue with the chimney, with the work done around the chimney. He would tell me he would come back and look at it, but he never did. The price was reasonable. He was very responsive until after the job was done, then he seemed to be just gone. Also with the skylights, he was supposed to get shades and he didn?t provide them. He told me I was going to have to get them on my own. I was a little disappointed, but it was kind of my fault too, because him hollering about whether we were going to get the blinds to go with the skylights but then he never contacted me. He was supposed to get me a price, but then  never contacted me, then a week before, I contacted him, it was too late he said. I think he could have tried to pull it off but he didn?t. All in all he was a nice guy. All in all I would give him a B.

They were very neat. Did an excellant job. They went out of there way to show me all the products they would use.

They did a very good job, followed through, did everything they said they would do. They called someone in to do my gutters. I had to change the color that they had picked out and they were very easy to work with.

Tom was exceptional to work with. When he came to give an estimate, I had already gotten estimates from two other contractors. Both of those were friendly and willing to answer questions. However, Tom went above and beyond to explain the process and what I could expect, along with the costs involved. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, he also explained the quality of the GAF roofing system (widely considered the best), as well as the warranty for both labor and materials. I knew within the first 15 minutes of his visit that I had found the right contractor for the job. Now that the extensive work is completed, I am more than pleased. The attention to detail was much appreciated, and Tom even noticed the need to replace an area around my garage door that I had not even thought about. He included that as part of the deal. He made the statement to me that "little things matter." I agree! His quote was reasonable in comparison to the others considering all of the work that needed to be done, yet I believe the value I received was far superior to the others. The crew that came to do the job was efficient and considerate, and they did a great clean up job. I have a long house and a lot of roof, so the main part of the job took a good two days, with the gutters another half day, and about 3 hours for the power washing. All in all, I considered it a very reasonable time frame for completion. There is something to be said for a small privately owned business, especially one owned and operated by veterans! I highly recommend RGB Construction, and have absolutely no doubt I will contact them first in the event I need additional work that they can provide.

It went very well. Tom, the owner was very professional and has a great knowledge of roofing, etc. His crew was on time and did a great job.

Found RGB on the GAF website under the MasterElite Builders and then checked reviews on Angie’s List.  

Spoke to Rich who was very helpful and he referred our roof project to Tom (who did the estimate).  Tom was well prepared and on time for our appointment.  He went up on the roof and also went inside the attic for further observation.  Tom took measurements and was immediately able to provide a detailed estimate (using his mobile office technology).

Tom took the time to go over the proposal line by line.  He explained the warranty and the details about how they would install our roof including the materials they used.  He answered every question and addressed every concern – he was extremely thorough.

Once we decided to move forward with RGB, we scheduled the install.  The crew was on time and Carlos, the site foreman walked us through what was happening that day.  Tom also came by to address any last minute questions and made certain everything was ready to go.   The crew prepped the area by covering our house with tarps from the roof to the ground, effectively protecting our landscaping and other property.  The crew worked all day and by about 5 o’clock the roof was complete.  They thoroughly cleaned up and went over the property with a magnetic roller. 

Everything turned out great!  The roof looks fantastic!  Everything went as described  --  they did an excellent job and we had a new roof in just one day!

RGB Construction could not have done better, they were very courteous and professional to me. I am recently widowed so it has been hard to find trustworthy service providers that won't take advantage of my situation. I want all the widows to know that this is a company that you can trust, they have always been so sweet to me. They've came out and given me estimates free of charge and performed outstanding work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a trustworthy and experienced contractor to do work on their homes. Great customer service all across the board.

We had bid out this job with three providers and after our last experience with an Angie's List provider needed to add in a clause that we wanted to hear from him each day that he had someone working on our house. the Co-Owner, Tom Pisarcik, said that was what he always did, and it wouldn't be a problem.
Roofing is always controlled by the weather, but when the "team" showed up, they had the roof down in a timely fashion with tarp put up to protect our shrubs and gardens, which was greatly appreciated.  Tom stayed on top of the people who provided the dumpster to ensure they didn't damage the driveway and made sure there was nothing remaining, he made sure the dumpster people came back to clean the oil dripping that remained in the driveway.   We had solar shades on our skylights and they needed to be transferred to the new skylights, nothing is ever easy, but RGB, made it there worry,  not ours.  It took multiple hours of work, but they handled it for us at no additional cost.   Each and every person who worked for RGB was professional and polite and a pleasure to be around,  we would highly recommend them!   Great follow up, and true to every word in their contract.  They handled everything from permits and fees, and didn't expect payment until they were finished to our satisfaction.

We were under the gun to get a signed contract for a new roof in order to get homeowners insurance.  RGB did everything we needed in a timely fashion so that we were able to meet our deadlines for insurance.  This was not an easy job due to the height, pitch and age of the roof.  They had to remove 4 layers of roof including the original roof from 1915.  They came early in the day and finished up the same day.  They cleaned up so well , including putting back the flower pots, that other than the new roof there was no evidence anywhere that there had been construction on the property.  Everyone was extremely professional and considerate.

My entire experience with RGB Construction was outstanding.  Rich and Tom run a very professional, organized operation.  I had bids from several companies and Tom's explanation of the work RGB would provide and the detailed information of the material being used gave me confidence their cost was worth it.

The  crew was on time, fast and very efficient.  They paid careful attention to removal of old shingles and clean up. They left my yard in the same condition it was before they started, nothing was out of place.  I am completely satisfied with the process from start to finish.  I always felt informed and I could reach out to Tom and Rich with any question I had.  I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.
