Frias Finishing

Pablo was reliable, punctual and fixed our broken front door frame with precision and skill. This is the second time I've called Frias Finishing for repair work on our rental property and am very pleased with the final product. Highly recommended.

Pablo was amazing! We had damage that was cut out poorly in the ceiling and walls at odd angles. He was so professional, polite, and worked with meticulous precision like it was his own home. Draped all surfaces and wore shoe protectors. Still, he managed to get it done quickly, which we appreciated since we were in a time crunch. Would DEFINITELY hire again and recommend highly.

Pablo and his crew were great. They showed up on time every day and Pablo was very responsive in regards to any concerns, and he came back out the same day we contacted him to fix a small concern we had with the drywall around the tub at no additional charge. Everyone was extremely friendly to interact with. Pablo even offered us some of the pizza that he and his crew ordered for lunch! The only (minor) complaint I would have are that he and his crew could have done a better job cleaning up some of the drywall dust, but it was a large job and none of our floors were finished anyways. There was also an initial disagreement on the extra cost after we expanded a bathroom and made a closet larger, but after Pablo looked over his initial measurements he came back with a much more reasonable number. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pablo again for a drywall job, as the work was very good at a very reasonable price. Even the guys who came out to finish our hardwood floors commented on how good the drywall work was!

Pablo did a fabulous job, I am very happy with my new ceilings! I just finished painting them, and they look smooth as silk. He was prompt, courteous, and responded quickly to emails. I will definitely call him for other work in the future!
