A five star review, and truly deserved. Called Bob to take care of a yellowjacket problem. It was not easy finding their nest but Bob did and he took care of the problem. Very professional with great attention to detail; used shoe covers to avoid leaving dirt when he checked in the house and cleaned up after work was done. He treated my house like it was his. Given the time and effort, a very reasonable cost for high quality work.

Our Tech was friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He sprayed onto the entrance point between roof shingle/siding causing the wasps to immediately vacate the nest. Most died as he continuously sprayed. After a week, the wasps were nowhere to be found or seen and the problem was fully solved. Excellent service, would hire again in a heartbeat. Also, they are very reasonably priced!

I have been using them for two years. They are responsive and reasonably priced. They are overall pretty good providers.

Initially, we had no problems with bugs or with this company. Sometimes, they'd deal with something simple like a bee hive. Last year, however, we had moles and woodpeckers, so I called them to address this issue. The secretary told me the owner would call me back, but he'd never call. We actually even set up appointments and he never came out to give estimates. This year, we didn't sign another contract. As long as it was just maintenance, they were fine, but when I needed something specific, they were unresponsive.

I had to call a couple of times but they eventually came and did a thorough job. I would call them again if I have a pest problem.

I thought I had termites, but when inspecting, he thought I had them, but did not have them now. He said little black ants had gottin in and removed old dead termite bodies, but the treatment would kill whatever is there. He gave a price for treatment and then called to make an appoitment. They arrived when scheduled and completed the service, being very professional and friendly, explaining what and why they were doing and what they were using. They next day, I saw numerous dead ants outside where they had treated. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others and use them again if necessary.

The technician searched high and low but couldn't find anything that he considered recent activity. After spending about a half hour on my property, he said that things looked okay, and that exterminating wasn't necessary. We shook hands, I thanked him and he left. That there is an honest businessman. He could have told me I needed exterminating, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I would DEFINITELY call them in the future and recommend them to everyone. Honest and trustworthy folks. And these days, that goes a long way! A+

The technician arrived on timet ime and took the time to answer my questions concerning the safety of the chemicals around my cats. The technician arrived on time. Before he started the treatment, he cared about my concern about my cats being outside and he reassured me that I had no need to worry. Hours later I went outside and I didn't see a single ant! My driveway had been a carpenter ant I-95 and now voila! all gone!

We pay for the service on a yearly basis and the price is very adequate. The people that come always leave us a note to keep the small children we have out of the yard for the day. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them.

WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT FOUR TIMES A YEAR AUTOMATICALLY AND THEN ANY OTHER TIME THAT WE CALL THEM. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR FIFTEEN YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, CAME DRESSED IN UNIFORMS AND ARRIVED ON THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO BE HERE. I GUESS THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANYMORE OF THEM UP TO THIS POINT
