Great. The jeweler listened well and spent time looking through catalogs with me to ensure that we picked the right backs. Once we picked the backs we were going to use, he called the manufacturer to confirm that the prices had not changed due to recent fluctuations in gold prices. The work was done on time, and he polished my engagement and wedding rings for free when I picked up the earrings.
